X Factor 2012 spoilers: Belfast girl Jade Collins impresses Gary Barlow with ‘Sweet Dreams’ (VIDEO)

Since the X Factor auditions didn’t come to Ireland this year, it seems that the Irish people are determined to bring their talent to the show!

Yesterday the judge visited Glasgow for the latest round of tryouts for the ITV show and one of the stand out acts of the day was Belfast born teenager Jade Collins.

The 17 year old singer – who is from our neck of the woods by the way, so get ready for a big Unreality TV / Jade campaign if she reaches the live shows – sang for Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos, Louis Walsh and guest judge Anastacia and audience members told Unreality TV that all four were blown away by her vocal ability.

The red haired beauty sang “Somebody That I Used to Know” by Australian-Belgian singer and songwriter Gotye and insiders report that not only did the crowd award her with a rapturous applause, but she got come pretty positive feedback from the panel too.

Jade has been working up to her big X Factor moment for months and has been taking part in a number of similar – though smaller scale – talent competitions in her home town.

The talented teen reached the finals of Belfast’s Got Talent in 2010 and won local competition the ‘T Factor’ in 2011.

Check out some footage of her performing and tell us, do you think she’s good enough for bootcamp?
