Gary Barlow really is a gentleman!

The Take That star was presiding over the X Factor auditions on London today, when he spotted a damsel in distress.

In a break between acts, as he Tulisa, Louis Walsh and Rita Ora took a bit of a rest at the judging table, Gary spotted a fan in a leg cast and beckoned her to the stage.

He then offered to sign her plaster and even gifted her with his pen afterwards. She’ll get a fortune on eBay for that!

Also on the team today was former show winner Leona Lewis, who joined the panel for the afternoon session after the departure of Rita.

She looked stunning in a purple wrap dress and seemed excited to be on the show for the second time this week. Earlier today the brunette beauty tweeted:

Barlow enjoyed the day too and wrote:
