X Factor 2012: There’s word of Ella Henderson duetting with Adele!

Ella Henderson is Tulisa Contostavlos’ last hope of winning the X Factor this year and if the talented teen makes the final, the N-Dubz star has big plans for her protege.

The 16 year old has often been compared to award winning British singer Adele and the ‘Rolling In The Deep’ hitmaker even tweeted recently to praise the young hopeful.

Tulisa is hoping that her admiration of Ella’s talent will be enough to persuade Adele to join her on stage, if she make it to the last show of the series next month.

In an interview with ITV.com the brunette beauty said:

“I’d love to see Adele duet with Ella.”

Tulisa continued praising Henderson, saying:

“Ella is one of the purest souls I’ve ever met. She’s an amazing talent, has a great work ethic and is amazingly grounded. She doesn’t have a bad bone in her body.”

Since the departure of Lucy Spraggan, Carolynne Poole, Melanie Masson, Jade Ellis and MK1 early on in the competition, by the half way point Ella was left as the only girl on the ITV show.

She admitted on The Xtra Factor this week that she does miss having ‘girly chats’ with her pals but Contostavlos says the boys are looking out for her just the same.

She said:

“She’s fine. All the boys look out for her. I find it a bit of a novelty seeing as I was the only girl in N-Dubz.”

Having just one contestant left has helped Tulisa bond even more closely with the hopeful and she admitted that she has very much taken on a big sister role, adding:

“I’ve been giving her advice about boys and relationships. I’ve told Ella to wait and make the boys chase after her.”

This evening the teenager joins Union J, Christopher Maloney, Rylan Clark and Jahmene Douglas in Disneyland Paris, where the hopefuls will enjoy a little break before returning to the grindstone of constant rehearsals and routining tomorrow.
