Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that although her X Factor contestant Ella Henderson is the favourite to win the series this year, she doesn’t know how good she really is.

The 16 year old singer wowed once more on tonight’s live show, with her rendition of the fabulously difficult song ‘Loving You’.’

Afterwards Gary Barlow raved:

“Thank you Ella. What a risk you took tonight, forget about the rest of the song, everyone is waiting for the high note. You completely nailed it. Another great week for you.”

Speaking on The Xtra Factor Tulisa insisted that the pressure of the show doesn’t get to Ella as much as some of her other contestants, saying:

“She’s a very wise girl, she really does let everything go over her shoulders.”

However, she insisted that Henderson isn’t at all cocky and continued:

“She’s not as confident as what people think. When she steps on the stage she takes control and knows how to work the audience so people just think she knows what she’s doing, but she’s so nervous inside, she really is.”

Tulisa continued:

“I just hope that people know that as much as we all love her, she doesn’t know how good she is.”
