As fans of The X Factor will doubtless know, the newly re-thatched judge Louis Walsh recently had a jokey dig at fellow judge Tulisa, branding her a tracksuit wearing “chav.”

So, not to be outdone, Tulisa has had a little jab back at Louis, implying that his days as a manager are over.

The Sun reports that in response to Louis’ jibe, and his intimation that she hasn’t been in the music biz long enough to be an X Factor judge, Tulisa said, “I’m not any less educated in music just because I’m a newbie on the scene…

“I still deserve my spot on the panel.”

She added, “When was Westlife last No1? Because mine was a couple of weeks ago. Ha!

“Don’t give me all that ‘selling millions of records’ rubbish. Because how long ago was that?”

In other news from The X Factor camp, former judge Cheryl Cole is reportedly dating dancer Tre Holloway, who she first met when he performed alongside her when she snag her single Promise This on 2010’s X Factor live finals.

The pair reportedly then renewed their acquaintance at Cheryl’s 29th birthday party in Las Vegas last month, and apparently, “the pair have been inseparable ever since.”

A source told TV Biz, “It’s going well. They really like each other.”

The paper adds that Tre and Cheryl have been on two dates this week; one in a foursome dinner date with her Girls Aloud buddy Kimberley Walsh and her boyfriend Justin Scott at Nobu restaurant in West London.

Then on Tuesday night, Cheryl and Tre were spotted at the Roka restaurant in central London.

A fellow diner there said, “They are clearly very close. Several times Cheryl leaned in to him and touched his knee as he spoke.

“There is certainly a spark between them.”

Good for you Cheryl! It’s about time you were back on the dating horse!

And let’s face it, there’s only so long a body can go without a mount.
