X Factor 2013: Sharon Osbourne reportedly yelled at OAP wannabe Johnny Rocco before throwing a pen at him!
It’s been claimed today that during auditions for this year’s X Factor, newly returned judge Sharon Osbourne lashed out an elderly wannabe who “had a go” at her husband Ozzy!
The Sun’s TV Biz reports, “FURIOUS Sharon Osbourne launched a foul-mouthed tirade at a 73-year-old who had a go at her husband.
“Two-time X Factor wannabe Johnny Rocco even got a pen lobbed at him by the angry judge after his audition.”
Johnny, who first tried out for the show in 2007, sang a rendition of Elvis’s An American Trilogy, but when an unimpressed Sharon delivered her negative verdict on his performance, offended Johnny said, “You think Ozzy can sing?”
Fuming Sharon then apparently ordered the show’s security team to, “Get him out of my f***ing room.”
The paper adds, “She then stood and hurled her pen, which pinged off the OAP’s shoulder as bouncers hustled him away.”
An X Factor insider said, “Johnny hit a really raw nerve and Sharon was furious…
“Normally she takes criticism from contestants on the chin.
“But she and Ozzy have obviously been through a tough time this year and any negative remarks about him are like a red rag to a bull as far as she’s concerned.”
The “rough time” the show insider referred to of course pertains to the fact that Sharon and Ozzy separated earlier this year after it was revealed he’d fallen off the sobriety wagon and had been drinking and taking drugs.
However, Ozzy made a public apology to Sharon and the rest of his family for his behaviour, and promised to stay sober from then on, and as far as anyone knows, he’s stayed true to his word.
He and Sharon have of course now reunited, but Ozzy is currently on tour with Black Sabbath while Sharon is working on X Factor here in the UK, though she is expected to jet to and from Britain to her home in the States.
Here’s a reminder of Johnny’s former audition, and as you may recall, he ended up threatening judge Louis Walsh, saying that he’d set the Mafia on him!
