The X Factor Show 12 with special guest Rod Stewart
It’s week two of the live shows and with The Unconventionals bowing out last week Louis is left with only three acts left in the competition and the rivalry between the judges steps up a gear.
And it is not Louis’ week again as soul harmony group 4Sure faced the sing off alongside Sharon’s energetic contestant Robert Allen. With a very smug Simon Cowell once again having the casting vote over which act should leave the competition and he took delight in sending home the second of Louis’ acts, 4Sure.
This weeks the final eleven contestants were joined by Rod Stewart for a mid-week master class and tonight all the acts performed a song from Rod’s extensive back catalogue. And Rod himself took to the stage to perform his classic hit It’s a Heartache.
Rod “Even I am nervous tonight, so I really feel for the contestants as it is such a big night for them all.”
And Rod’s verdicts on the finalists, “I am going to be very non-committal, but I was very proud of the Scottish contingent. And if I can pass on something to these guys, in the 60?s I was rejected by every UK record company so to all the contestants keep the fight going and the dream alive.”
And the fireworks were flying around the studio with the Judges on fine form tonight with the normal flow of abuse flying around. Louis blasted Simon for his choice of styling of the contestants to which Louis retorted, “At least I don?t wear my trousers half way up my waist” But Simon was quick off the mark claiming that Louis wasn’t exactly “Giorgio Armani!”
Is love in the air and have we found a potential new member of the Osbourne family tonight? As Sharon admitted that Kelly Osbourne appears to have taken a shine to Eton Road member Anthony saying that earlier today Kelly had proposed to Anthony because she loves his quirkiness that much!

Sharon pairing her daughter off with Anthony?
She doesn’t want grandchildren, then?

I think a LOT of MUMS would like to pair their daughter or yes even their sons off with Anthony of ETON ROAD, What on earth does his interests there matter. The lad has a brilliant voice, he sings great he’s in a great group and has a massive future.I just wish ETON ROAD were making records now, I’d buy them. One comment though, The Osbournes are hardly a functional family anyway and Im fed up seeing them oooooooooooooooor impersonations of Ozzy on tv all the time.ROD.
