X Factor: Alan Turner Says “I’m No Liar!!!”

X Factor auditionee, Alan Turner, caused uproar last month after he was branded a liar by several national newspapers. Alan appeared in front of the judges and claimed to be a foster child who just wanted to meet up with his real parents.

He told them: “I’d just love it if they were to get in touch and to say they did want to see me.”

However, days later Alan’s dad spoke out claiming to have been in constant contact wioth his son, having seen him only days earlier.

Alan is now worried that the whole situation might have cost him his place in the X Factor’s final twelve.

He told TV’s This Morning: “This was my fault. I should never have spoken about it. My real dad went to the papers to defend himself because he didn’t want to look bad.

“As a result I ended up looking like a liar. The truth is I have only ever seen my dad twice in my life. That’s the truth.
“I said on the show I wanted to get to know my dad and I do.

“But maybe I should never have mentioned it on the show and kept it quiet.”

He forgets to mention that he also sees his mum lives with her from time to time, he and his ex girlfriend and baby lived with his mum for a while. Strange this when he doesn’t know them according to him, their were photo’s as well. Sorry but I think he was after the sympathy vote, this was his 3rd time of auditioning and wanted to draw attention to himself. It was wrong and an insult to all the fostered children who do not know their parents, to sink that low just to get through in a competition, it must have been awful for his parents to read as well.

This lad doesn’t know truth from fiction.

Whatever he says is anyone likely to believe him? No

Send him home anyway. The programme has no time for time wasters.
