Alexandra Burke has shown that she is not just a talented singer who looks pretty hot in a short skirt, but she is also a really nice girl into the bargain.

Alex has spoken of her ill mum in the past and revealed that she spends three days a week in hospital being treated with dialysis for kidney failure, and now she has revealed that she plans to use some of her money from her new recording contract to get her mum well again.

Alex told the Mirror: “I’m going to do everything I can to make sure she gets better.

“I won X Factor for her. I’ll look into what treatment is best, sending her to America or whatever.

“And I want to buy my mum a new house – a bungalow so that she doesn’t have to walk upstairs.

“We need to take one step at a time but it is my priority.

“I want to take my mum away on holiday in time to come but it’s a struggle for her to go away.”
