X Factor: An Update!
With two contestants already gone tensions are mounting in the house and the acts are working extra hard on their performances for Saturdays live show. The theme this week is ‘Big Bands’ and the special guests on the show are American R&B stars, Boyz II Men, who will be performing exclusively for the X Factor.
Gossip from the house:
Andy Williams
Song: This Guy’s in Love
Andy is excited at the prospect of being Heat Magazines ‘Torso of the Week’ next week, so much so that he has gone and purchased two large tubs of protein shake and a large box of protein bars – to make sure he keeps is infamous body in shape!
Leon Jackson
Song: Fly Me To The Moon
Inspired by Andy’s fitness regime Leon has been taking to the gym himself and taking fitness advice from Andy, even enjoying the odd protein shake! Leon and Emily [Futureproof] are still very close but nothing romance-wise has happened –yet!
Rhydian ‘The Terminator’ Roberts
Song: Get The Party Started
Rhydian is still very focused on two things; his singing and his fitness. He is very excited about his performance on Saturday and he loves his outfit. Rhydian has also become known as ‘The Terminator’ in the house due to the fact he can run uphill on the treadmill for 40 minutes!
Alisha Bennett
Song: Valerie
It’s been a hard week this week for Alisha after being in the bottom two for two weeks running, she is happy with her song choice though and is putting all her effort into perfecting her performance for this week’s show.
Niki Evans
Song: All That Jazz
Since Papa Bear (Daniel) has gone, Niki has toned down her mother hen role in the house to practically nothing. Niki has also stopped eating in the house as the kitchen isn’t up to her usual standards of cleanliness.
Beverley Trotman
Song: Feeling Good
Beverley is loving her song and choreography this week and has been performing it to whomever she can when in the house. Beverley and Niki have also become closer in last week and are both enjoying spending time away from the house to go to lunch.
Futureproof
Song: Can’t Take My Eyes Of You
The boys are all working hard on their performance this week as it’s the first time they have to perform a dance routine on stage. They are getting along better with the Hope girls, but are still playing the odd practical joke on them here and there.
Hope
Song: Hanky Panky
The girls are really happy with their choreography this week and have been working hard with Brian, they are also happy that there will be more of their outfits this week! Leah has struck up a friendship with Matthew from Futureproof, calling him her ‘Burnt Chipolata’.
Same Difference
Song: Reach
The duo are embracing their ‘cheese-tastic’ image and love their glitter throwing routine this week. All the other contestants’ children and younger siblings are asking for Same Difference autographs and Niki say’s she will not be happy if her children turn up in Same Difference t-shirts at this weeks show!
Emily Nakanda
Song: It’s All So Quiet
Emily is working hard this week on her performance and is really happy with her song.
