X Factor Auditions 2010: Thousands flood Birmingham’s LG arena
Britain’s Got Talent has just begun, but already ITV is out there auditioning hopefuls for the summer series of X Factor.
Last weekend the venue for auditions was Birmingham’s LG arena and the spot was crowded with wannabes who want to follow in the footsteps of Jedward, Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke.
One onlooker told The Sun: “I’ve never seen so many people in one place, they were prepared to wait all day just for a chance to appear on the show.
“Everyone was very excited and positive.
“Some were even singing Leona songs at the tops of their voices.”
The X Factor team have already held their 2010 auditions in Manchester Old Trafford Stadium, Glasgow SECC, Cardiff City Stadium and Birmingham NEC on Saturday 24th April but if you missed any of these fear not, you can still attend the OPEN AUDITIONS at the following venues:
* London Excel on Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd May
* Dublin Croke Park Stadium on Saturday 15th May
