X Factor Band ‘Avenue’ Are Already Signed To Simons BMG Label!
Five piece Boy band Avenue have duped Simon Cowell on nationwide television.
The Band are actually signed to SonyBMG, the label which Cowell is contracted to.
Cowell and fellow X Factor judges Sharon osbourne, Louis Walsh and Paula Abdul discovered five-piece Avenue made it through to the second stage of the talent show despite already having a record deal - a clear breach of competition rules.
A source says, “How Simon didn’t know about this is incredible. It makes the whole show a sham.”

Simon likely did know, maybe not but it shows HE hasnt got his finger on the pulse of things, ALL THIS SHOULD BE RESEAERCHED AND CHECKED BY THE PRODUCTION TEAM AND RESEARCHERS OF X FACTOR LONG BEFORE A GROUP GETS TO SELECTION FOR THE FINAL 12 STAGE ANYWAY, FOR BOTH SHOW AND THE ARTIST/S CONCERNED.
