We recently reported that Simon Cowell had managed to put together an X Factor girl band called ‘Hope’ by convincing six solo entrants to join together and make a group.

However, that plan could be about to backfire on Cowell as X Factor sources doubt the girls can work together long term, due to their volatile behaviour.

A source told the Daily Star Sunday: “There were constant rows between the different group members. People even began to say that was why they were chosen. It seemed as though Cowell and the show’s producers had deliberately gone for big personalities so that it made good TV.

“But there was too much personality in two of the members. They kept clashing on different things, like what clothes the band would wear and what dance routines they would do.”
