X Factor - Battle Of The Stars, Celebrities Revealed
The Sun reports
X FACTOR Battle Of The Stars celebs have spoken for the first time about singing their hearts out in the new show.
As revealed by The Sun’s TV Biz, the line-up includes ex-EastEnder Lucy Benjamin, Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee, glamour girl Michelle Marsh, Radio One DJ Chris Moyles and Gillian McKeith from You Are What You Eat.
Page Three girl Michelle, 23, said: “It’s different to my normal job, I get to wear clothes. And hopefully I will show off another couple of talents. But singing live is scary.”
Fiery Scot Gillian promises to give judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne a rough ride.
She said: “If I get negative comments from the judges I will come after them with an enema tube and wash out their bad attitude.
“What actually scares me most is the thought of potentially being exposed to Louis Walsh’s poo and accompanying smell.”
Paul, 68, and wife Debbie, 48, say their preparation for the show as a duet has been far from magical. Paul laughed: “My karaoke is Danny Boy and Debbie always gets out of it by hiding in the toilets!”
Lucy, 35, who played Lisa Fowler in the soap, said: “I’m absolutely terrified about singing live on TV. It makes me sick every time I think about it.”
Chris, 32, commented: “I have been upsetting my neighbours by singing loudly in my flat in preparation for upsetting millions by singing badly on TV.”
The remaining four acts will be named before the show runs live on ITV1 nightly from May 29 to June 5. There will be three categories 16-24s, over 25s and groups mentored by the three judges.
