X Factor: Ben Mills Ignored Sharon Osbourne And Ended Up In Bottom Two!
Sharon Osbourne revealed to the nation on Saturday nights Xtra Factor that Ben Mills ended up in the bottom two acts because he ignored her advice.
She stated: “He’s not listening, I’m going to go and box his ears. You have to take advice from your mentor. What works in a club doesn’t work for you on TV.�

I think BIGNIKKIFAN Sharon was happy with the songs but wanted YOUR SONG done as ELTON first did it, not the film way which required the more aggressive approach, NOW BEN knows his style and his best way of performing, so he chose the FILM way, HOW Sharon could believe the other way was better for BEN is surprising. I personally prefer YOUR SONG as a gentle take but was moved by BENS voice on it,’LIVE AND LET DIE, never a song to tax the memory for learning the words came across so powerful. Sharon seems out of place this year somehow, still her feisty self but with a resignation, I never believed she’d warm to THE Mac DONALDS, yet she has,SHE ADORES ETON ROAD, for the last 4 weeks now she’s saidRAY should have been in the last2 and she always says another flawless performance from LEONA but I feel kind of grudgingly, I SEE THEY ALL HAVE TO STAND TO APPLAUD AFTER HER SONG NOW???YET SIMON STANDS FOR NO ONE ELSE EXCEPT THE GUEST ARTOISTE/S. She seems ‘pre occupied’ AND HAS SINCE THE WEEK ASHLEY WENT OUT.I have no doubt she rates BEN massively and feel she has an idea up her sleeve for him, SHE is close to ELTON JOHN and she holds firm ideas as to what singers do with his songs. YOUR SONG she prefers more gentle, but that would be wrong for BEN as he needs his strongest performances NOW, WHAT BARRY MANILOW song he’ll get will be interesting, SIMON after so many derisory comments to acts doing MANILOW songs will this week stand and applaud hypocritically when MANILOW sings this week. She also knew after BENS statement on the rigging of a LEONA win that SIMON would have loved to revenge that and kick him out, She was hoping to kick RAY out but surprise,it went SIMONS way again. I think she’s tring to protect BEN and try through him to salvage some credibility for a rather discredited set of finals this year for many reasons, the blame for all firmly at SIMONS door. I believe with Sharon has gone quiet recently because she knows Simon will only try and get one over on her again. Its like tit for tat.
He is now looking the joke and in some way her reactions are working. Less is more.
The general public are not stupid and we can see the whole picture. I think she is protecting Ben and does fear that if he does win what relationship will Simon have with Ben. He has so much potential but it could be ruined very easily. I think it is a case of egg shells and softly softly approach as she knows that Ben’s future depends on how he is managed.
I don’t want Leona to win because Simon would be the smuggist a**hole ever but it would leave Ben to take a different and maybe better route if he didn’t win.
I just don’t know.

In truth BIGNIKKIFAN what really does Simon kow about rock music, I dont think some songs need aggressive treatment but I remember when BEN sang ‘MAGGIE MAY’ gently at forst it sounded great, he also found a gentleness in parts of ‘YOUR SONG’, mind in MAGGIE MAY ,I will nevr forget LOUIS nodding his head when BEN went to the audience, Great moment and involvement, I ts a funny effect the shows had on lots of people this year but I stand on the side of for BENS long term career he would be better with SHARON than any Simon involvement, Who remains successful of anyone SIMON has ever had in x factor, No one, says it all I think. I find it odd that 2 acts who sang an ELTON JOHN song were in the bottom 2, was it something to do with ELTON as I know they say they call the results randomly but the only week Leona was in the 3 waiting to see who was the last 2 was the week ’she’ too did an ELTON JOHN song.ROD,Newcastle

well in all honesty leona did not even deserve to win. she sucked and always looked like she was gunna wet herself. to make a stand against my family broughtben mills and ray quinns albums and didnt even give leona lewis’s single a glance
