X Factor Bosses Admit To Staging Scenes

X Factor LogoX Factor bosses yesterday admitted to staging some scenes while filming for the new series, due to air this Saturday evening.

Some of the staged scenes include footage of Simon Cowell telling producers that something is not right with the current judging panel and that he wants Louis Walsh back.

However, ITV bosses insist that the scenes are not faked…as such. They claim not to be misleading viewers, rather, the cameras missed the original moments or scenes, but bosses deemed them important to the telling of the story and so had them reinacted and placed them in the correct sequence in the show.

Cowell said: “What you see is what happened. We don’t try and censor this show.

“I’ve always said we will allow viewers to look through the keyhole and that’s what we do.

“It’s raw and we don’t censor. It’s not a sanitised, make-believe show.”

X factor is fake! The auditions infront of ‘The Panel’ is the 6th, 7th or sometimes th 8th audition these poor unfortunates have. They are seen by the producers & encouraged for several auditions before they audition infront of Shaz, Simon & Louis. They are genuinely heart broken when Simon tells them they are useless. Well you would be wouldn’t you, seeing as you have just been told at least 6 times that you are what the show is looking for. Come on tabloid investigators, go undercover & see for yourself, stop building the show up as it is playing on the village idiots of society.

I agree with Shaun. I also made it through to the second stage - was delighted - I’ve been encouraged to do something with my voice for years by my musician boyfriend and finally took the plunge - spent a lot of money - on clothes, travel etc… and all seemed to be worth it after receiving a gold ticket at the first audition… but at the second audition… i realised that all didnt quite add up! I witnessed a very over familiar exchange between a crew member and a “contestant” who wasnt wearing a number.. and then out of nowhere fellow band mates appeared and were filmed, sat round in a semi circle, singing and praying with their mother (?). Watching them was like watching a taping of a soap, it seemed to be very rehearsed/scripted.
If my theory is correct - in 2008, we will see
**a previous contestant called Leonna (note the 2 N’s) - she auditioned in series 3… she was back,
**a very tall, very skinny girl (with scraped back hair and a bratop/short boobtube on) who was pretty but resembled a drag queen (think I’d seen her before), she had been filmed in the stands twice the day before and just didnt seem to be acting natural in the holding area the next day,
**a guy called erol (he may be genuine - comedy factor)
    **the group mentioned above

In my opinion, the auditions are held to find the awful/weird/whacky and also to find extras/background people for the filming. Disgraceful.
The communication between the crew and auditionee (ie - the real people trying to give it a shot) was poor on both days - which would make sense if all that they were actually concerned with was getting their shots of the crowd - rather than attempting to run a true talent contest.
I also felt that the judges in the second audition had already decided my fate as i walked in… neither judge looked at me as i walked in..one didnt look at me once… and the “no, sorry it’s a no today” seemed really acted. I found this bizarre at the time. I’m not bitter in the slightest - well not if this was a true/fair contest… but so many things did not add up on the second day.
If you are considering applying for this show, please please go with this in mind and please do not be hard on yourself if you dont make it. It’s not necessarily a reflection on you!
