X Factor chart battle ahead as Amelia Lily, Little Mix and Aiden Grimshaw release singles this August (VIDEO)

August is going to be choc full of X Factor news and gossip for all you uber fans.

Not only will the 2012 series of the show be finally launching on ITV1, with it’s new panel member Nicole Scherzinger, but some of the show’s former contestants will also be releasing their brand new singles.

Amelia Lily, Little Mix and Aiden Grimshaw all have record deals with Sony owned labels and all three stars will be showcasing their new music in just a few weeks time.

Little Mix have been busy working on their winner’s album and have confirmed that it’s first single – Wings – will be released on August 19, 2012. The ladies gave their first live performance of the tune on T4 On The Beach yesterday, which received a very positive reaction from fans on Twitter.

Amelia was only recently signed to Xenomania and has confirmed that her first album will hit the shelves in November of this year. Her first single “You Bring Me Joy,” will be released on August 26, 2012.

Grimshaw (who finished in ninth place on the 2010 series of the ITV show) has taken his time with his first album and “Misty Eye,” will be released under RCA Records on August 20, 2012.

His first single from the album reached number 35 in the UK single charts last month and the second – title “Curtain Call” – will be released on August 12, 2012.

    Amelia’s!! Her vocals are AMAZING and I cannot wait to hear ‘You Bring Me Joy’. I will also be buying her album.
    I will also buy Aiden’s too! He is brill :)

    I will buy Little Mix album, they stand out to me more than the rest and i cant wait for their old school r&b vibe which i am very fond of and not just usual pop.
