It has been revealed that our very own Cher Lloyd and Little Mix are heading out on tour with The X Factor USA’s Demi Lovato!
Demi is gearing up to tour the US and Canada next year with her new ‘Neon Lights Tour’ – which is also subsequently the name of her new single (minus the tour part).
Not will only Cher Lloyd and Little Mix be tagging along but Fifth Harmony will also appear. They appeared on last year’s US version of The X Factor and they have recently supported Cher Lloyd on her small ‘I Wish’ US tour.
The ‘Neon Lights Tour’ will begin on February 9 in Vancouver, Canada and ends in Indianapolis on March 30.
Little Mix will support Demi a lot more than Cher as the girls will appear at 20 of the dates, whilst Cher won’t support Demi until March 22 and will remain as the support act for the remaining six dates.
Elsewhere, the Union J lads have revealed that they will be covering Demi Lovato’s smash hit ‘Skyscraper’ on their forthcoming debut album.
Skyscraper was originally going to be Union J’s winner’s single if they went on to win The X Factor, but they were beaten to it by James Arthur who went on to release a cover of Shontelle’s Impossible.
The lads wanted their fans to hear the track so much that they have been given permission to include the track on their debut album, titled Beautiful Life.
Josh Cuthbert teased: “Amazing to see @ddlovato ‘Skyscraper’ in the charts again!!!!!! Can’t wait for you all to hear our version on out album! Beautiful song <3”
George Shelley wrote on Twitter: “So proud Demi is at number 4! Who’s looking forward to our version of Skyscraper on the new album? X”.
Union J’s debut album Beautiful Life will be released on October 28 in the UK.
