X Factor judge Cheryl Cole is reportedly excited about making her second home in LA and joining the panel on the new American version of the show.

Heat magazine reports that the Girls Aloud star has sought help from Simon Cowell in finding a new house in Beverly Hills.

A source said: “Cheryl is really excited about what she is already referring to as her second home. Working in America will be a dream come true for her.”

The magazine claims that Simon is also keen to sign Dermot O’Leary to present the show, though the final decision will lie with Fox executives.
