X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole,  is said to have flew off the handle with fellow judge Louis Walsh backstage on Saturday night after he voted her contestant, Laura White off the show.

A source told The Mirror: “Cheryl was incandescent with rage and let her feelings be known.

“She was absolutely furious  and was giving him what for. No one has ever seen her so angry but she is really passionate about her acts.”

Speaking on the Xtra Factor later after Laura lost the sing off, Cole said: “I actually feel numb. I feel shocked. I think it might have been a bit tactical if I’m totally honest.”

And yesterday Laura added: “Cheryl was really angry last night. She doesn’t know whether it was a personal thing from Louis or what. I think she’s just really upset because she feels I was one of the strongest singers and she feels robbed.”
