X Factor: Cheryl Cole to mentor alongside Simon Cowell

Simon Cowell has reportedly promised Cheryl Cole that if he can’t land her a judging role on his new X Factor series, he will take her on as one of his mentors.

The music mogul is thought to have been fighting a losing battle with Fox bosses over the Girls Aloud star, as they thought she was too low profile for the new show. So he has offered her a spot as ‘guest mentor’ as a consolation prize.

A source told The Sun:

“Every day it looks more and more unlikely that Cheryl will get her dream job – so Simon is looking at alternatives.

“The mentor role is one idea. She knows what it’s like to audition as she was discovered on Popstars: The Rivals.”

They added: “Cheryl wants to be on the big stage in America but is finding herself having to compromise.

“No-one is bigger than Fox, not even Simon Cowell. It is their millions and they want a big return.

“Cheryl cannot guarantee that.”

Cheryl should come home forgive Ashley totally; take him back and start making babies. She better be careful that if things doesn’t go well in America and she makes the decision she wants to give it another go with Ashley it won’t be to late.

Stop running down fame and money it doesn’t bring happiness. I am sure by now she have found that out.

unfortunately i don’t see any good future for both cheryl and ashley if they fall into other relationships. i hope they would undrestand it before it is too late. it is clear that they can’t love other people.
