Newest X Factor judge, Dannii Minogue has revealed that she loves to flirt with boss, Simon Cowell.

“That man can flirt with a pole!” Minogue told WENN. “I love it because I’m a big flirt too, and he can’t out flirt me. We flirt and we fight.”

I don’t know how his girlfriend Terri Seymour will feel about that. In her shoes I wouldn’t be too happy!

    Flirting does not make up for the lack of judging ability, the lack of mentoring ability and as Danni’s singing career was hardly recognised as such and her position as a judge is none to secure, maybe she should concentrate on a different career altogether.
