The the Xfactor isnt a stand alone talent show, its the Xfactor, which is something you have, and everything that happens to people, all the shit that goes on in peoples lifes, makes that person who they are, and if by telling his story supports who he is, then who the hell are you to judge? Storys like this bring out the compassion in people, something this world lacks with people like you in it! Give the guy a break, least he is doing something with his life!
