X Factor: Danyl Johnson made Stacey Solomon cry
X Factor singer, Danyl Johnson is said to have had a huge row with fellow contestant Stacey Solomon, leaving the single mother in tears.
The pair reportedly had a minor disagreement, which blew into a massive row when Danyl made a very personal jibe.
A source told The People: “Everyone’s tired and stressed and despite all the smiles for the cameras, there’s been a lot of sniping and bickering.”
“But no one expected Danyl to be quite so nasty, especially to Stacey – she wouldn’t hurt a fly.
“It blew up out of nothing. Danyl and Stacey were having a disagreement when he blurted out a really vicious comment. It was directed at something very close to Stacey and her family’s heart and was not something you’d expect anyone in this day and age to say.
“Danyl needs to be careful – and he needs to apologise.”
An X Factor spokesman said: “There was a minor tiff between Danyl and Stacey but everything is alright now.”

This just really annoys me you know? Danyl is so bloody good that the only way to downplay him is to make up negative stories about him.
So, what better way to do that than make up that he had this outrageously vague argument with another contestant?

I mean come on, he said a “comment” during an “argument” – chances are this didn’t even happen.
This guy’s a really nice guy back stage, in the house, and everything, especially from what we see in the live Xtra Factor shows. He’s a teacher too, he teaches kids, he’s clearly a very nice guy, and all the children at his school love him and support him and want him to go all the way.
I’m just sick of all this negative press about him, cut the guy some slack. It’s really not fair and I can guarantee this isn’t true.

Totally agree with Spence this is not a talent competition it is a talentless competition, anyone with the least talent stays in and those with talent leave or are put in the bottom two as punishment for being able to sing.
why would the press report such things out of nowhere if there’s nothing happening? from this article and also the article that he was bullying kandy rain, people were all backing up danyl and do not believe kandy rain, just because danyl is a “sweet” teacher and a good singer, and that kandy rain were strippers and got booted off. how cynical of the public.
and when danyl got two bottom two, only then everyone keeps complaining “why is he in the bottom two”, the power is clearly in the public’s hands, the cynics in everyone would point the finger to john and edward or the show that the voting system is rigged and some bullshit.
but anyway, do you see danyl’s attitudes after his performances starting from 2nd week? and compare the 2nd week and 3rd week with 1st week. you see that “please-like-me-i-am-a-very-likable-guy” pretentious smiles? and i wonder why he’s so “unlikable” and these articles about bullying surface in the first place
Yvette, I totally agree with you. The smile after his week 2 performance was so so so fake!! This is a popularity contest, so I can imagine why people don’t vote for him even he can sing.
I agree as well. I don’t thing danyl has very bad attitiude he is so cocky. Even when he sings to stay a live you can see that cockyness. Also I know he can sing but his high note getting very annoying and some time he over do a song that is not easy to hear. If people can’t vote for I have very doubt that he could sell his music. Other thing when the mentors talk about all the contestents none has any thing nice about danyl.
I think people ought to give Danyl a break, Jamie is my favourite by a mile but nobody actually knows what goes on behind close doors and the media are just tearing Danyl to bits i really feel for him, he is a fantastic singer and due to public bitterness he probably won’t win the competition as people aren’t give him a chance.

If Danyl wants people to like him he should stop acting as he has already won the show, he is arrogant and not even the best singer on the show. I am not surprised that he is a bully he looks down at people and thinks he is superior, he only picks on the females as the men would be more likely to retaliate. Maybe not everything in the papers are true but when the judges and X-Factor producers comment on it as well there has to be truth in it, if it did not happen why would the producers try to play it down and then say its all sorted now.
Yet again another story about Danyl Johnson bullying other contestants.
The X Factor team should as Simon Cowell stated and if the newspaper stories are true he should be well and treuly thrown out of the competition

So they may have had a minor tiff,get over it,it happens to people every day,are we all expected to feel sorry for Stacey just because Danyl might have said something…He is an amazing talent and this is the ony way the press can bring him down.I don’t think he is cocky or arrogant,he is well mannered nicely spoken and intelligent,thats why people are knocking him,as usual the public gets behind the under dog.It seems for people to like you you have to be able to cry at the drop of a hat,not be able to string two sentences together and answer OH MY GOD to everything.His talent will win through

The show is rigged, people. If it weren’t, you’d see the least talented people win to sabotage the whole mess.

I can’t believe the attitutde that is permeating throught these messages… Once again, the British attitude of supporting the ‘Underdog’ and bringing down what is ‘good’ in the process. It is no wonder that we are fast becoming a 3rd world country yet again when we beat everything good down… Look around you, all the strong and developed countries are full of proud and confident(what we Brits like to describe as ‘Cocky’) people and I don’t see that harming them in any way. Maybe we should start to pick ourselves up and celebrate what is good instead of putting it down… And we might also start to enjoy our holidays abroad if we just stop thinking everyone else is cocky
Completely agree with Spence and Gem!! If this were a talent show then it would have BEGUN with real talent (ie those who never made it through the first auditions and were sent home by the Producers without ever making it to the judges, because they were not suited to the freakshow this has become). And do the losers even realise they have been used? Trampled, chewed up and spat out to make way for the next talentless “yawn-seen-it-all-before” boy band like JLS or anyopne else who just happens to have made it the B list of Managers like Louis Walsh et al.

Give danyl and break and stop making up stories just to make stacey more popular. They did it with Jamie, did it with Rachel, doing it with Joe and Olly and now Danyl. Thats harsh considering that Danyl has shed the tears and we have also had I’m a broken man, I feel so low etc, etc if he is going to make it in the music industry then he also needs to toughen up and drop the feeling sorry for himself. You can’t criticise Stacey and call her names when Danyl does the same if not more, if one person is wrong then so is the other and Danyl is a lot older and has already been involved in the industry and should know what to expect.
