X Factor presenter, Dermot O’Leary, has been forced to apologise to judge Louis Walsh after making various ‘camp’ jibes to him on Saturday night’s show.

Louis was rumoured to be furious with Dermot after Saturday night’s show and gave him a right rollicking backstage.

An insider told the The Sun: “Dermot was really shocked by how badly Louis reacted, he never meant to be insulting. He was being matey and jokey.

“Simon Cowell is always saying things of a similar nature to Louis but he dismisses it as horseplay between the two mates.

“Dermot has now apologised and promised he won’t do it any more – and Louis has accepted it. They both just want to move on.”
