We learned earlier this week that X Factor singer Diana Vickers was suffering from laryngitis and may be to ill to sing this week.

To be honest we thought it was a bit of a sympathy scam and that Diana would turn up and wow the crowd as usual.

But we were wrong, Diana saw a specialist today who advised her not to sing on tonight’s show.

She was much missed but on the up side, at least she survives to sing another week!
