Their supposed romance was the talking point of this years X Factor but Eoghan Quigg has revealed that he and Diana Vickers never really dated.

In fact he says that the pair only ever shared one snog but that there were no feelings there.

Eoghan told Star magazine: “We had a snog but I didn’t feel anything so there’s nothing going on.”

He continued: “I think people really wanted us to be together but we weren’t.

“I don’t know how she felt. There was nothing for me there and there was never going to be anything.

“I swear I don’t fancy her. I did kiss her but I don’t fancy her.”
