X Factor Fashion: Cheryl Cole wears black & silver David Koma dress…..but did it work?
Ok, so we know that Cheryl Cole is trying to make a name for herself as a true fashionista but last night’s ensemble may have been one step too far.
She made her entrance at the start of the show in a £1,500 bizarre mini, fan style dress by up and coming designer David Koma. You can see what the dress looked like on the catwalk in the picture below.
Simon Cowell wasn’t a fan of the Lady Gaga style outift and told her:
“You’d better sit up in that dress.” When Cheryl asked why, Cowell said: “You’ll see why.”
The dress was obviously a hit with fans however. Brown’s Fashion, the only shop to stock Koma’s range was sold out in minutes. However if you would like to buy the matching black and silver coat, then you’re in luck!

It was awful and how could anyone pay that much for something that bad. Did she not look in a mirror to see what it looked like on, it made her look so skinny and her shoulders bony. As Simon was getting an eyeful when she moved it could not have fitted very well on the top.
i thought she looked amazing. she should be given credit for daring and i think everyone just doesnt get the dress because its so unusual and different, but she can pull of almost anything anyway, ans she looks good.

I really loved cheryl in that dress it was something new and different and a bit daring.She has to take risks with what she wears maybe it was a bit big on top but she will never wear it again so it dosen’t matter.Did anybody notice she wasn’t wearing her wedding rings last night on x factor have they had a fall out again.

The dress didn’t suit her in fact i think she made the dress look awful and i cant see why people thinks shes a fashion icon because she doesn’t even look good in half the clothes she wears in my opinion anyway. I mean that white toga style dress??? what was she thinking when she wore that even her hair looked silly as she just had one strand of dangly hair.
A fashion icon should be able to wear fashion not let the fashion wear her i think she needs to get some fashion tips herself and let the real fashion icons rock the cat walk styles.
Cheryl is georgious, if she can’t rock the cat walk style than I don’t know who can. She lookes fantastic in whatever she wears plus she has got really nice personality. She is so down to earth and normal girls like me can really relate to her. I think people in real world are tired of trashy, skeleton like ‘fashion icons’.

The dress itself is amazing. David koma is an incredible designer. I think cheryl accesorised the dress all wrong, and she doesn’t do koma any favours.
She could wear anything made by absolutely anyone… why this?
