X Factor Final 2009: Joe McElderry and Paul McCartney to sing ‘Say Say Say’?

We recently revealed that Simon Cowell has lined up Paul McCartney, George Michael, Robbie Williams and Michael Buble for his weeks X Factor final show.

Rumours now suggest that Paul McCartney will be singing his hit ‘Say Say Say’ with young Joe McElderry, a song he once sang with the late Michael Jackson.

With Joe’s vocal range, we think he will handle this song beautifully but lets hope they leave out the dialogue featured at the start of the video above.

If Joe sings with Sir Paul, then no doubt Olly will sing with Robbie, leaving Stacey either George Michael or Michael Buble.

It doesn’t matter to me. :P As long as Stacey is going to win I am very happy! :) But… if Joe is going to win It realy think he deserves it.

But I hope Stacey is going to win!

      I agree, Stacey is fab.
      BUT
Joe HAS to win, he’s gorgeous and his voice is so mature for his age.

      Very impressive line-up this year
I wouldn’t want to be up against them!
      xx

  5. Jade says:

This reminds me of last year. They wanted Alex to win so they gave her Beyonce to sing with. They’re doing it again now by giving Joe the most legendary guest.

Joe and McCartney go together like oil and water.

  6. Totemia says:

The easiest solution would be; to let Joe sing with all the illustrious Artiste who will be in attendance on this Auspicious Occasion. I wish Joe every success and good wishes as we approach the final battle of song. The nation awaits with great anticipation, their hearts filled with love and good wishes.

I was hoping Olly would get to perform with Justin Timberlake, although i think him and Robbie would still put on a good show.
