Olly Murs took to the X factor stage tonight, for what could have been the final time and gave us his version of the winners song.

I think it’s pretty safe to say that Simon Cowell was not thinking of Olly’s vocal style when he chose ‘The Climb’ for the X Factor 2009 single. It was so far out of his comfort zone that it was pretty awful. Singing that song tonight, Olly Murs did not have the X factor, he didn’t even come close.

Poor Olly, we can’t help thinking that Simon tried to shaft him with this one. We’d love to hear your thoughts below.
