X Factor semi finalist Olly Murs has revealed that if he makes it through this week’s show, he will be singing a duet with Beatles legend Paul McCartney in the final.

“Simon is going to bring in the biggest people,” Olly told Capital FM. “Doing Come Together with Paul McCartney would be epic.”

“Apparently he really liked my performance of it. He watches the show, and he said he wouldn’t have done it that way but he really liked it.

“The final is going to be historic, with some amazing artists up there.”

Olly also admitted that he is desperate to win the show and joked that he has some dirty tricks to ensure he doesn’t get voted out this week.

He told The Daily Star: “Olly to win! I don’t mind admitting I am in it to win it. Of course I want to win, otherwise what’s the point of entering the competition?”

“I have a lots of things planned for these guys so they don’t do well tonight!” he laughed. “I’m so chuffed to have made it to the semi-final but of course I want to go all the way.
