X Factor finalists must be delighted this week. Normally only the winner gets to release a single, but this year all twelve acts have recorded a single which will be released later this month.

The final 12 acts recorded a cover of Mariah Carey’s Hero and it will be released on Saturday 25 October (digitally) and then on Monday 27 October on the high street in aid of the Help For Heroes charity, which provides support for wounded servicemen and women.

Between this track, Leona Lewis’ new single, Leon Jackson’s new single and eventually the X Factor’s winners single, Simon Cowell and co are going to dominate the charts this autumn!
