X Factor Fix: Soundmen turn down John and Edward Grimes vocals!
In yet another X Factor fix scandal, insiders have claimed that show bosses have ordered the soundmen to drown out the vocals of twins John and Edward Grimes.
An insider told The Sun: “Every week session singers record backing tracks to some songs.
“But soundmen are told to turn down the levels of the twins’ mics so their vocals are mostly covered by the backing singers. Often mics are so low the twins’ singing would be barely audible.”
The insider revealed that the boys vocals levels were lowered to a “ridiculous level” for their performance of ‘Under Pressure’ on Saturday. He said: “The only time levels were raised was when they were rapping.”
I don’t know why anyone would be surprised by this news. Haven’t we all got ears

Did you see them on Sky News? They were asked to do an impromptu performance and they did Under Pressure/Ice Ice Baby and they sounded great. In fact they sounded the same as they did in the Live Show. This is not a fix, the twins can sing it’s just that people don’t wanna hear it. People will rather hear them being bashed. Is anyone gonna comment on the fact that Stacey has done nothing but ballads all the way through and doesn’t move AT all? One Trick Pony comes to mind but people don’t care about that because she can ‘Sing’.
they are crap and they sound crap on the live show. i don’t think there’s anything being covered up.
I’m with Jade here. I think their singing is actually getting better, as well as them being HILARIOUS. I really hope they win.
