Tomorrow night’s X Factor sees an old face returning for another shot at fame.

Miss Fitz formed 6 months ago, after finding each other through a local newspaper ad, but for Gemma it’s not her first audition:

“Back in 2006 I auditioned as a solo artist,” says Gemma.

But after failing to make it past Judges Houses, Gemma decided to change course and form a band.

“The one thing we’re worried about is our song choice, they’re either gonna love it or hate it”! says Gemma.

“This opportunity means the world to us and we think it’s about time a group won The X Factor and I really hope that group could be us” says Marina.

The girls walk on stage and introduce themselves, Simon remembers Gemma.

Simon – “I know you Gemma right?”

Audience cheer, Simon laughs

Simon – “No, not quite, you were on the show before right?”

Gemma – “Yeah, Leona’s year.”

Simon – “Unlucky for you, what have you done since?”

Gemma – “I’ve met these girls and formed Miss Fitz.”

Cheryl – “You don’t look like Misfits to me.”

The girls start singing their own arrangement of Britney Spears ‘Toxic’ – will it win over the judges?
