I think that the macdonald brothers are really good and every one is being to harsh on them. Just cause they don’t sing pop song or reacent songs every one thinks that they are rubbish. I f you actually listen to them they are actually really good. I would love to see them win!

Great post Lynne (as usual!). A few people I’ve spoken to at work were very impressed with Rod, and he seemed so sincere compared with Lionel Ritchie last week.

Eton Road seemed to have a better performance this week, and Ben blews us all away as expected! Maybe you’ll get your wish next week!

I can see why people are voting for the MacDonalds. If yuo can get away from the dross constanting being fed to us via TV and commercial radio stations it’s not difficult recognise a bit of natural raw talent that has actual potential in the real world. This year’s X-Factor clones, as nice and entertaining as they are, will soon be as annonymous as all the others. Some before next year’s version even starts. The MacDonalds and Ben are the only two acts who are even “band” material. The rest (good, bad or indifferent) are merely singers.
