X Factor: Kerry McGregor Is Fourth Act To Leave X Factor 2006
In tonight’s X Factor double eviction Kerry McGregor was the second act to leave. Kerry, Dionne and Ashley were all in the bottom three acts with Dionne leaving after polling the lowest number of votes.
Kerry and Ashley then participated in the weekly sing off and it was predictable from the start that Kerry would be the act leaving tonight.
I am glad that Louis saved Ashley tonight as he is definitely the most marketable of the two acts. I half expected Louis to send Ashley home purely to spite his arch rival Simon Cowell, but for once Louis played fair and as a result Kerry McGregor has sang her last X Factor song.

The problem is, Ashley isn’t liked all that well, as we can see from tonight’s vote.
Now the second of my favourite 3 has gone, the first being the unconventionals.
Kerry was a fantastic singer, and a league above Ashley. She was just as marketable as him too. However, marketability means nothing compared to entertainment. Kerry’s performances were always great for entertainment, whereas Ashley’s did nothing for me. Not once did I get excited at one of his performances. He is just a bit bland.
I agree though, when it comes down to it, Simon’s acts will win. It is his show after all.

I think tat Kerry was a fantastic singer and never deserved to go home, but then neither did Ash. They are both in leagues of their own along with a couple of other acts maybe. There are some weaker acts in the show, who should have been going home before the likes of Kerry and Ashley, but then at the end of the day i think that the talent in the show this year is just unbelievable! I think that the winner will solely win just by votes from people who cant make their mind up! I know that there are many acts which i believe could win it this year but i dont think that anyone could truly predict exactly what is going to happen! I am 13 aty the moment nearly 14 and i cant wait to go onto the x factor when i am 16, and i will finally be able to appreciate how difficult it is for those fantastic contenders out there!

SHR is spot on, sorry but I cant make out what ASHLEY sings most of the time, he was off key,forgot his words and seemed in a daze. KERRY was a class act compared to him.Kerry has been let down by Sharon on song choices though since boot camp.KERRY was no way worse than ASHLEY and I’d love to know who the public had in 2nd last place.Rod,Newcastle.
