X Factor judge Louis Walsh has hit out at show presenter Dermot O’Leary, branding him ‘safe’ with no edginess.

Louis has an axe to grind with Dermot after the pair rowed last month . Louis was furious when Dermot dismissed his comments about Joe McElderry. He blasted Dermot saying: “You’re not a judge Dermot, I’m a judge.”

But Dermot sniped back: “I think the audience are the real judges.”

Speaking this week Louis told The Sun: “Dermot is a very safe Saturday night presenter.

“Sometimes he tries to be a bit edgy but he’s not. He’s just nice, safe Dermot. He’s Radio 2, not Radio 1.”
