Matt Cardle has admitted that he is sad his little pal Harry Styles has split from his cougar Caroline Flack.

The One Direction singer dated the Xtra Factor presenter for a number of months, before they announced their breakup in January. However Matt thinks they made a great couple and would have had ‘beautiful babies’ together.

He told The Sunday Mirror:

‘It’s a shame they’ve split as they would have had lovely babies.’

‘Caroline is a lovely-looking girl and from what I hear Harry is a pretty-looking boy.’

Matt of course has knowledge of Styles’ lady loving ways and who could forget the ‘pussygate’ controversy, on the night when Cardle beat One Direction to the X Factor crown.

The former painter and decorator thinks that now Harry is single and of age, he will only get worse and added:

‘Now he’s turned 18 I think he’ll be an absolute nightmare, but then I would be if I was in his position.’

‘If we went out on a night together he’d probably snatch up everything in sight.’

It seems like Harry has already started and the teenage heartthrob was pictured getting into a taxi with presenting beauty Alexa Chung on Valentines Day!
