The stars of this year’s X Factor tour have been warned to rest their voices, as three of the singers have been struck ill.

Insiders say that a number of the former contestants have been over doing it in rehearsals this week and have become so run down, that they have contracted a ‘lurgy’.

Misha B, Marcus Collins and Amelia Lily are all now struggling to sing, which is a worry considering that the nationwide tour kicks off in Manchester tomorrow night.

A source told The Daily Star:

“There is a lurgy going around and some of the singers have been told to rest their voices.

“But we’re expecting everyone to be on stage when the show opens.”

Show winners Little Mix will be headlining the tour and it sounds like they are loving every minute of the build up at least.

Jesy Nelson tweeted last night:

However, there have been a few upsets backstage and a few boys making life a little bit uncomfortable for their female counterparts. Perrie Edward added:
