Leona Lewis doesn’t seem to be too worried about claims that she illegally used someone else’s work on her new single Collide.

It had been thought that the release of the new track would be postponed or cancelled, after Swedish music producer DJ Avicii hit out at the X Factor winner and her label SYCO, accusing them of willingly ripping off his dance track ‘Fade Into Darkness’ on the song.

He and his label Ministry Of Sound have reportedly started legal action against Simon Cowell’s record company, however it’s full steam ahead for Leona and her team are currently casting for her new music video.

The Mirror reports that an ad was released saying:

“This music video will be a beautiful cinematic piece that will showcase the natural beauty of Leona Lewis. It will be inviting, sexy, and organic. It will be a moving fashion spread. It’s about finding the beauty in the subtleties of life. We are looking for beautiful men and women to help set the tone for this video. These people need to match Leona’s vibe and need to be able to have fun. This will be shot on a beach and therefore talent must be comfortable being in and around water.”

It goes on to specify that applicants should look like “Abercrombie and Fitch models” and “small tattoos” are welcome.

Leona recently revealed that she wants to work as a judge or guest mentor on The X Factor, admitting that she has asked her boss Simon Cowell for a larger role.
