X Factor News: One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson stopped by police for reckless driving!
Louis Tomlinson has admitted that police almost pulled the plug on the shooting of their new music video in America, because of his bad driving.
The One Direction singer was joined by his bandmates – Liam Payne, Harry Stykes, Zain Malik and Niall Horan – in LA, while they shot the video for their debut single.
However, while filming on a public road, a cop pulled the band’s car over and Louis told The Sun:
“I got pulled over by the US police. They thought I was all over the place.
“The officer goes: ‘Listen, man, I can shut this thing down if you carry on driving like this. You’re driving like a maniac.’ And I was like: ‘Man, put the gun down. I don’t want no trouble.’ ”
On 1 July 2011 it was announced One Direction’s next licensed book, Dare to Dream: Life as One Direction, will be released 15 Sept 2011. Their debut single was supposed to be released in June but has since been pushed back to August, where it will coincide with the launch of the new X Factor series.
