X Factor: One Direction won’t be splitting up any time soon!
One Direction have revealed that despite the fact they didn’t chose to become a group, they don’t see themselves splitting up any time soon.
The five piece boyband were put together by X Factor judges during the show’s bootcamp stage last year and are heading for their first number one record this Sunday, after the release of their debut single ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ this week.’
Band member Liam Payne says that he can’t imagine them going their separate ways now and imagined that the group will still be going strong in two decades time. He said:
“I can’t see us ever splitting up, right now I can’t think of what would stop us from going on for 20 years.”
One Direction’s debut album will be released before the end of the year, after a live performance on an upcoming X Factor show. The record will include tracks penned by Ed Sheeran and Tom Fletcher of McFly and speaking about the vibe of the album, Harry Styles explained:
“We can’t say too much about Ed’s track, but the song is different from what people expect from us.”
“Ed’s a really nice guy and I’ve become quite good mates with him.”
Zayn Malik has a favourite track and it was the one written by McFly’s Tom. He raved:
“Tom’s song is superb – everyone we’ve played it to says it could be a single.”
Niall told The Daily Star:
“We’ve introduced each other to different sounds – I’ve got into Jamie T thanks to Louis, for instance. Because we all have different tastes, if all five of us like a song, that must mean it’s good.”
