X Factor: Rhydian Roberts Lined Up For Little Britain
X Factor finalist (and hopefully winner!) Rhydian Roberts, is said to have been offered a role in hit UK comedy, Little Britain.
The shows creators, David Walliams and Matt Lucas, are thought to have approached the Welsh singer about appearing on the new series of the show.
The star told Star magazine: “David spoke to me about me being in a sketch. As long as I don’t appear as Daffyd’s other half, I’m fine.”

All I can say to Rhydian if he is to see this is, are you so desperate for fame at any cost? Can’t he see that he’s being set-up by the Little Britain team, I’m a huge fan of the show, but I think in this case, their taking advantage of Rhydians lack of showbiz experience and his naivety, this role will be an abrupt end to his career. He’s just been discovered, and already the industry is out to ridicule him and destroy what potential he has achieved in the publics eyes, he’ll just become another ‘Frank Bruno’ joke character, no disrespect to Mr Bruno. If I was Rhydian, I would hold onto my desire for fame at any cost and say thanks for the offer David and Matt, but no thanks, and keep my dignity in tact for the serious offers from Lord Webber and those who will catapult him onto greater things.
