In previous years people have talked about the on screen chemistry between Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell, I never saw it myself, but many people were convinced that an affair was taking place.

Now however, Simon seems to be getting cosy with another X Factor judge, and these pictures suggest that Simon’s girlfriend Terri Seymour may have something to worry about.

I know Simon and Dannii Minogue are friends, but to be holding hands while in a chauffer driven car…..is that really necessary?
