X Factor: Simon Cowell Considers Dropping Sharon Osbourne
With a new 3 year ITV deal under his belt, Simon Cowell is determined to make next years X Factor series the biggest and best yet. To do this he is said to be considering dropping Sharon Osbourne from the show.
A source close to Cowell told The People: “Simon has made up his mind about Sharon – and he wants her out.
“He feels Sharon is a bit lacklustre and could be more entertaining with her comments.”
Simon is also said to be angry about Sharon’s outburst at TV presenter Chris Tarrant during the last series. During a question and answer time, Chris is rumoured to have poked fun at Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon’s husband.
Sharon said to Tarrant: “Don’t you dare diss my family, you f***er.”
Cowell is also said to be unimpressed by Sharon’s ITV1 chat show, The Sharon Osbourne Show, which proved a ratings flop earlier this year.
A TV insider added: “When Simon first signed Sharon on X Factor he was convinced she’d be a big star.
“Now he’s wondering how much future she’s got on TV.”

^^Thats parts not true she didnt use that word lol! and it would be the worst decision ever made if he was to sack sharon, it certainly wouldnt be XF without her and it would lose ALOT of viewers!
It would be SIMONS biggest mistake ever but lately he has been making some strange,misinformed and very wrong decisions so with that eratic behaviour he’s liable to try anything.Really he’s the one,especially after his behaviour this year,who needs to step back and think.Rod
sharon is the only reason i watch that show she is the best person in the world she rules simon is making a BIG mistake if he drops her !!!! i am liable to go mad if he does

To be honest, i usually have a lot of time for Simon, i believe him to make good decisions, however if he does drop Sharon for the sake of someone similar to the lady he has with American Pop Idol – who has a lot less personality than Sharon – he will positively loose a lot of viewers…in my opinion
simon is making a big mistake if he drops sharon and does he think that people watch the show because of him, well if he does he is mistaken people only watch the show beacuse of sharon and he will lose loads of viewers if he lets the mighty sharon osbourne go

I think simon is just jelous of what sharon is gaining from the show and how most people lik her and not him. So I think simon should wake up and think what he is going to do is really WRONG and aswell all i can say is many people wont be watching the show if he does make the choice of booting sharon off he has to grow up and copon to life and just face the fact that sharon is more liked than him on the show.
