X Factor: Simon Cowell Pays For Cyril Grant’s Hearing Aid
X Factor judge, Simon Cowell has footed the bill for one of the show’s bootcampers to attend a Harley street hearing specialist.
Eighty year old Cyril Grant auditioned for the show a few weeks ago and told the judges that you are never too old to sing! Cyril is in great health but unfortunately his hearing has let him down during the bootcamp stages of the show so Mr Cowell has stepped in to help him out.
A show source told The Sun: “Cyril is set to be a huge part of this series. He’s got a really bubbly personality.”
The source added: “Even though he’s 80, he’s as fit as all the other contestants, but his hearing difficulties were holding him back. Simon’s like Mr Fix It. He’s sure doctors can help Cyril and he’s always been keen to invest in his acts.”

Pardon the thought but Simon will have to be very wary the show doesn’t become a stage for another Million pounds give away. Candidates could come up with all sorts of things which are a hold up in any ones life, most of them which should have been dealt with by social agencies. I,e Dentistry work, Tattoo removal, Hair transplants, singing lessons just to name a few.
