X Factor: Simon Cowell tells remaining acts that they need to be ‘more fun!’

X Factor judge Simon Cowell is reportedly worried that tonight’s show will be boring without John and Edward Grimes, so he has warned the remaining contestants that they need to up their game.
Simon has told choreographer Brian Friedman to give the singers some big routines and last night Friedman tweeted:
the challenge for me was to entertain without Jedward… watch tomorrow and see if it happens. Fingers are crossed!
The Daily Star report that Simon has told the remaining contestants: “They’ve gone – now here’s your chance to shine and show everyone what you can do.”
His spokesman Max Clifford said: “Jedward may have been tuneless but they were hugely entertaining.
“They really lived for performing and looked like they were enjoying every minute.
“Now they’ve gone, it gives the other acts a chance to step out of the shadows and show their true potential.”
Max added: “Things are getting tense and Simon wants them to give their all, to show they can entertain and to put a smile on people’s faces.
“This will be the most physical X Factor show so far.”
An X Factor spokesman told the newspaper: “Now Jedward have gone, Brian has had far more time to devote to the others.
“In previous weeks they dominated his time but this week all of the finalists have added some special moves.
“However, the pressure’s really on because they are having to learn two songs – and they will have to get them right, as there is no sing-off.”
Check out what songs the acts will be singing on tonight’s Take That & Elton John themed show here.
