X Factor: Six People Crushed At JLS Concert

Six JLS fans needed medical treatment today after things went a bit crazy at JLS’ coming home concert.
JLS’ gig had been planned for a local shopping centre but was moved to a concert hall after fears of over crowding emerged. Fans started queing for tickets at 9.30am for tickets to the 4.30pm gig. However once the corwd started being admitted to the venue, hundreds of extra teenagers rushed the hall, overwhelming security personnel.
The rush of bodies caused those at the front to be crushed into the barriers.
‘Six patients are currently being treated at the scene,’ the spokesman said. ‘One for a hand injury, one for abdominal pain, one for difficulty breathing. Three other patients were taken unwell.’
The gig will now be rescheduled to an alternative date.
