First of all its not the boys fault that they got through to the live shows ta begi with and it has nothing to do with them that the public didnt vote for lucie.

they are two young boys iving their dream and fair play to them getting up there each week considering all the bad publicity they receive…not many of us would b able to do it??
remember it the uk public voting for them as the irish cant vote..so people do actually like them!!

i personally think that simon made the right decision to leave it to the public to decide…so stop complaining vote for the act you want to stay in and if you havent you have absoutly no right to complain abot who goes!!!

I tune in each week just to see what john and edward are going to do..none of the acts this year are going to near as good as leona or alexandra anyways.
Jedward can become the young ant and dec with olly and stacey having the most potential singing wise!!

also, i always respected Simon Cowell and what he said I was always sticking up for him. But now, pfft I dont know whats gotten into his head. He was always honest, and when it comes to Jedward and Lucie he pick?! its not hard to pick between the WORST SINGERS (Jedward) in the competition and the BEST SINGER ( Lucie).

i think you lot need to get over this whole “freak thing” jeez people get a life its pathetic. Anyway, I dont think John and Edward should have got as far as they have. They cant sing at all however it’s not their fault Lucie went instead of them even though I despise the twins. Simon has been contradicting himself and I think behind close doors he is planning on something we just dont know what. I reckon Simon has been for them all along.

What is wrong with you people??? Some girl on a talent show was voted out (BY THE PUBLIC) and you lot go on like it is some big controversy! Get a grip you freaks!!! This is a tv show, tv is about entertainment & sorry to all you self righteous Lucie fans (who probably didn’t even vote for her) but she is not very entertaining. John & Edward have The X Factor, something that sets them apart from the crowd. You guys act like the twins are undeserving of a place on the show, the premise of the show is that the public vote for who they want to see, if they decide to vote for John & Edward then that is all there is to it. Maybe some of you whining freaks should put your energy into something that actually matters!

Sorry, I thought the Xfactor was about er the Xfactor & talent, how the hell simon cowell has gotten away with such bad decisions, i thought the man was supposed to have talent at spotting potential. Surely he must have realised that the whole of Ireland was voting, wrongly, for er irish Louis & er irish Jedward & that the real discerning voting public, including myself, assumed that she would be safe. That’s it for me & my friends, it’s become farcical & immature. Let the programme sink into obscurity where it belongs, along with simon cowell

Again. All due respect to your point of view it is a show which does require a draw for people to keep watching. And simon is a smart businessman. Look at it this way. If simon didn’t have the idea for this show and didn’t put all his resources together to get it on TV chances are none of us would have ever heard of lucie or olly or leona et al. I still point out that when you take simons vote out of the way the british public voted lucie off — as sad as it is.
