X Factor: The going is tough for Allan Busby
One man who believes that he could be the next big star that the X Factor judges are looking for, is Allan Busby from North Wales.
On tomorrow night’s show we see Allan telling Dermot O’Leary:
“I’ve been singing since I was very small. I remember singing in my bedroom with the window open annoying my mum and dad, telling me to turn that music down all the time,” says Allan
Allan then goes on stage and is greeted by Louis Walsh.
Louis: “What’s your name and your age, please?”
Allan: “Hi, I’m Allan, I’m 23.”
Louis: “What are you working at at the moment?”
Allan: “Oh, I’m a bartender in a hotel.”
Louis: “And Allan, what makes you different from everybody else?”
Allan: “What makes me different from everybody else? Because I’m just… better than them. “
Louis: “So, you’re a born entertainer, yeah?”
Allan: “I do think so, yea. A lot of my friends love my voice.”
Louis: “Allan, what’s your song?”
Allan: “When The Going Gets Tough, by Billy Ocean.”
Louis: “Off you go. “
Allan: “I’m ready whenever you are.”
Allan starts dancing before the music starts. The music comes in and Allan dances wildly – the audience cheer.
“The crowd love him,” comments Dermot to Allan’s mum.
Allan forgets the words and his mother sings along backstage. The audience start singing the words – Simon rolls his eyes.
Simon puts up his hand to stop him. There’s a lot of cheering from the crowd for Allan. But he can’t possibly get through, because he is truly awful!
